Shipping Policy
IOTNVR understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect your products to ship within 2 business days at most.
Shipping to Europe.
Free shipping on Retail Orders Over €89 for most European Countries.
You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.
We reserve the right to use any carrier that meets the delivery promised to you.
For non-EU countries we will ship from China, shipped directly from China are subject to applicable import taxes, including customs duties and import VAT. The consumer is responsible for paying these fees. Import taxes will be collected directly by the local customs authorities or through courier services such as FedEx or DHL. Please note that the specific amount of taxes will be determined based on the type, value, and regulations of the destination country. The consumer agrees to bear any import taxes that may apply at the time of purchase.
Shipping - Overseas.
We ship outside the Europe when purchases are made online. Your order will be sent out via International Shipping.
You will receive a notification email when your order is dispatched with your tracking details.
Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
Shipping from Germany or China
We will ship based on stock availability. For EU countries and regions, we will ship from Germany warehouse in priority if we have stock.
If there is no stock in the German warehouse we will ship from China, delivery time is about 5-7 days.
Lost or damaged shipment
If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please take photos or videos on site and send them to us. IOTNVR will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Once get approval that damage is caused by shipping, your account manager will guide you how to return damaged ones to us for an exchange or refund.
