- 2-PORT POE SPLITTER - Designed to supply POE power to two POE devices through one Cat5E/6 cable, and no power adapter is required. It is powered by 48V or 53V PoE Switch/POE NVR/PoE Injector/Mid-span. With this POE splitter, users can easily add extra POE device or non-POE device to existing cable without running a new network cable.
- UP TO 300m POE + DATA EXTENTION - Extra 100m POE+Data transmission will be extended with one POE Extender. And it supports two levels cascade deployment, therefore total 300m POE + Data transmission is provided. (The 2nd POE Extender’s POE Input should be connected to the 1st POE Extender’s Out port, not Camera port).
- COMPLIANT TO IEEE802.3AF/AT STANDARD - Works with all standard IEEE802.3af/at POE Switches/POE injectors/POE NVRs. And the POE outputs supply power to standard POE devices, like POE IP camera/IP phone/IP speaker. Noted: The CAMERA Port supports max 8W power consumption and the OUT Port supports max 15W. The max bandwidth is 100Mbps. As the distance increases, the power and the bandwidth will decrease.
- EASY TO CONFIGURE IP CAMERA ON SITE - By connecting it to an existing PoE cable, installers can use laptop or CCTV Tester to easily adjust camera angle and configure IP.
- PLUG-N-PLAY INSTALLATION - No configuration or setup is required. With compact dimension, enough to fit it many junction boxes or outdoor waterproof enclosures.

Power over Ethernet (PoE) enables the delivery of ethernet data and power simultaneously over a single Cat5 or Cat6 network cable. POE technology makes the network devices deployment much easier and eliminate the requirement of electrical regulations. Therefore, more and more devices are becoming IP based and PoE Powered.
One of main limitations of PoE is the 100 meters (328 feet) transmission distance between PSE (Power sourcing equipment) and PD (Powered Devices), regardless of the PoE power. Now this limitation can be broken by PoE Extenders.

Each Linovision PoE Extender can extend another 100 meters of PoE transmission. And it supports cascade deployment. For example, it will support 400 meters of PoE transmission when using 3 levels of cascade deployment.

This is pretty useful when there are more than one PoE device in a location, this eliminates the expense to run another ethernet cable. More PoE ports will be available when using cascade deployment. POE extender is also called by POE passthrough switch or poe splitter.

Yes, this can be used for 2 computers and the maxim speed of the input port is 100M. Please be informed that the total speeds of two outputport can’t exceed the speed of the input port. And the speed will be influenced by the transmission distance, the longer distance it is, the slower speed it provides.
This POE Extender is not waterproof. We have 2 waterproof versions, one is the same product with a waterproof case, POE-Extender02WP.
The other is the product itself with a waterproof design,POE-Extender02GP(90W).
Yes, 'paasive' here means you don't need additional power supplier to power this product separately, but whole system need be powered. This product can work with both poe devices(as poe extender/splitter) and non-poe devices(as ethernet splitter/extender). And please be noted that each port of this product supports max 100Mbps.
This POE splitter can't work with 24V POE injector. It's recommended to use poe injector of 48-53V. And please make sure that the total power consumption of two POE output is less than the POE power input (with deduction of 3W power consumption by POE extender itself).

Basically, the load capability depends on the POE supply device, the total power consumption of two POE output is less than the POE power input. For example, if the POE supply unit is a 30W POE injector, then the total output power of this POE extender is less than 27W (with deduction of 3W power consumption by POE extender itself), the longer the transmission distance, the lower power output from POE extender. We recommend to use 60W High POE injector to connect to this POE extender.
